Friedsee Specific Covenant
Friedsee is an alpine, Central-European, rural themed region featuring a rustic 1920’s era airport and public lake with an island. Buildings in this region resemble styles of alpine Europe and should aim to link visually with the styles of Monastery and Neufreistadt. The time period is indeterminate.
Zones and Typologies:
Zone C: (Cottages and cabins)
- External walls of cottages or cabins will look like the natural materials in use in alpine Central Europe.
- Private plots are residential only. Commercial activity is prohibited.
- To ensure the rural character of the region, 4% of prim allowance must be spent on theme-appropriate landscaping.
- Maximum height 15m.
Zone P: (Airfield)
- The airfield is unpaved in keeping with the rustic look of the region
- Adjacent to the airfield is a small, public rezzing area for planes
- Any buildings on the airfield parcel will be public and resemble those in use by rural airfields of the 1920s
- The airfield is recreational and not for residential or commercial use.
